• Monitor and manage large volumes of loan closings, reconciling pending trades to client’s trade tickets and coordinating trade closings among counter parties
• Build deal templates and user profiles, as well as onboard clients
• Review par and distressed trade documentation, resolving trade issues and escalating when necessary
• Prepare loan settlement or special client request reports
• Work under minimal supervision on complex projects and mentor junior associates

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
• Typically, 4 or more years of experience in accounting or finance with knowledge of securities and trade fee calculations
• Exposure to high-volume transaction processing and reconciliations
• Capable of interpreting credit agreements and direct work experience with transfer documentation
• High proficiency in Excel and advanced Microsoft Office skills

• Experience with daily loan transactions and loan tracking systems
• Exposure to both TSI and Clear Par systems
• Understanding of broadly syndicated loans
