Job Description:
A leading national law firm is seeking a mid-level Fund Finance Associate to join its Charlotte, North Carolina office. This role is ideal for a transactional attorney with 3-5 years of relevant experience in fund finance, particularly in subscription credit facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent lenders and borrowers in complex fund finance transactions.
- Draft and negotiate loan documents for subscription credit facilities.
- Work on a variety of structures, including NAV, hybrid, and management company facilities.
- Manage client relationships and lead transactions with minimal supervision.
Candidate Profile:
- Juris Doctor degree from a top 30 law school with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- 3-5 years of transactional legal experience with a focus on fund finance.
- Prior experience at a Top 200 AM Law firm is highly preferred.
- Strong drafting and client management skills.
- North Carolina Bar membership preferred or eligibility for admission.
- Comfortable with hybrid work arrangements (typically 3 days in-office).
