This is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) role is located in North Carolina. The CPA will oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage tax preparation processes, and ensure compliance with accounting and finance regulations. Responsibilities include budgeting, financial reporting, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting in audits. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to support the organization's financial goals.

• Expertise in Financial Statements and preparation of financial reports
• Proficiency in Tax Preparation and compliance with tax regulations
• Certified Public Accounting (CPA) certification required
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities for cross-departmental work
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools
• Previous experience in non-profit or healthcare-related accounting is required
