As a Senior Treasury Analyst here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for monitoring cash management activities, optimizing liquidity, and ensuring effective financial operations within the Aerospace business. Your expertise will drive improved cash flow management and financial performance, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

You will report directly to our Capital Markets Manager, and you’ll work out of our New York or Charlotte location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the financial health of Honeywell's Aerospace business by implementing effective cash management strategies and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your expertise will enhance the company's ability to manage cash resources efficiently and support strategic initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Track and manage the organization's debt portfolio, ensuring compliance with loan covenants.

  • Support debt issuance and short-term investing

  • Monitor and manage FX and interest rate risks through appropriate hedging strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and risk management policies related to treasury activities.

  • Leverage treasury management systems to enhance cash management efficiency.

  • Support the preparation of quarterly and annual reports financial disclosures related to treasury activities.

  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.

The salary range for this position is ($104,000 - $130,000). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 3-5 years of experience in cash management or treasury operations, with demonstrated progression in responsibilities.

  • Strong understanding of cash forecasting, liquidity management, and financial risk assessment.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective cash management strategies that enhance financial performance.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

  • Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial analysis tools.
