Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We’re currently partnering with a fast growing Real Estate Investment firm based here in Charlotte to identify talent for a newly created FP&A Manager role within the corporate team.

This position will report directly to the C-Suite and work closely with senior leadership, offering great visibility and impact across the organization.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead budgeting and budget-to-actuals analysis
• Build and maintain financial models (revenue modeling, reforecasting, cash flow forecasting)
• Prepare monthly summaries, MoM analysis, dashboards, and reporting packages
• Run reports from Yardi and manipulate data heavily in Excel
• Support strategic decision-making with clear, actionable financial insights
• Enhance and maintain existing financial models (most models are already built)

What we’re looking for:

• 4–7+ years of FP&A experience
• Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, modeling, reporting)
• Experience working with Yardi (or similar real estate systems)
• Background in real estate, PE, or asset-heavy environments preferred
• Ability to communicate financial insights to senior leadership
