Sr Treasury Analyst
As a Senior Treasury Analyst here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for monitoring cash management activities, optimizing liquidity, and ensuring effective financial operations within the Aerospace business. Your expertise will drive improved cash flow management and financial performance, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
You will report directly to our Capital Markets Manager and work out of either New York or Charlotte on a Hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Track and manage the organization’s debt portfolio, ensuring compliance with loan covenants.
- Support debt issuance and short‑term investing.
- Monitor and manage FX and interest rate risks through appropriate hedging strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and risk management policies related to treasury activities.
- Leverage treasury management systems to enhance cash management efficiency.
- Support the preparation of quarterly and annual reports and financial disclosures related to treasury activities.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic decision‑making.
- 3‑5 years of experience in cash management or treasury operations, with demonstrated progression in responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of cash forecasting, liquidity management, and financial risk assessment.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective cash management strategies that enhance financial performance.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on data‑driven decision‑making.
- Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial analysis tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (CTP, CPA, CFA).
- Strategic mindset with ability to think critically and adapt to changing financial environments.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating financial risks.
- Experience in managing cash operations within a global aerospace organization.
Salary range: $104,000‑$130,000.
