Responsibilities- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Provide financial solutions and products tailored to clients' evolving needs.
- Manage daily client interactions through various channels.
- Participate in market development and business‑generation activities.
- Complete role‑play exercises and use technology tools to support client service.
- Recent college graduate or professional with career crossover experience.
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Ability to obtain FINRA registration and meet state licensing requirements.
- Willingness to pursue professional designations such as CFP®, ChFC, or Holistic Financial Coach certification.
Equitable Advisors sponsors your FINRA registration and provides state licensing assistance. Entry‑level training covers client relationship management, product knowledge, market development, and role‑play. Ongoing development includes local and national development programs, a Holistic Life Planning platform in partnership with Columbia University, and a Leadership Development School for management career paths.
