About the RoleAs a Project Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting project delivery through financial oversight, cost control, and vendor management. This position goes beyond administrative tasks, focusing on analyzing project financials, ensuring compliance, and providing actionable insights to drive successful outcomes. You will collaborate with project managers, vendors, and clients to maintain accurate financial tracking and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
LocationRequirement
This role is hosted in Washington, D.C. and Charlotte, North Carolina. The selected candidate must be located in either D.C. or Charlotte, NC as the position requires regular on‑site presence.
On‑Site ExpectationsMonday through Friday, 3–5 days per week in the office.

What You’ll Do- Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and analyze variances to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Manage vendor and client invoicing processes, validate accuracy, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Oversee project closeout activities, ensuring all financial and compliance documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, ensuring compliance with company standards and proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision‑making.
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial tracking and invoicing processes for greater efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in project management, financial analysis, or cost control.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems; experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
