The OpportunityAudit Manager will lead audit projects within the CFO Group audit team focused on Treasury and Capital Markets functions, assess risk, and communicate results to management.
Responsibilities- Manage execution of concurrently two audit projects on time.
- Deliver audit with focus on key risks and high quality compliance.
- Interpret work papers and draw conclusions.
- Conduct key audit meetings and presentations.
- Mentor audit staff and serve as knowledge resource.
- Identify and communicate unusual problems to audit leadership.
- Assess staff performance and provide project evaluations.
- Communicate with management and function management.
- Recommend audit plan and continuous process improvement.
- Assist audit leadership with regulator information requests.
- 5+ years audit/assurance experience; financial services preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- CPA or CIA preferred.
- Knowledge of Treasury and Capital Markets subject matter preferred.
- Staff development and project management skills.
- Leadership, analytical, communication skills.
- Proficient in Team Mate, MS Office; knowledge COSO, FFIEC, SOX.
- Competitive base pay $90k–$150k.
