A top-tier international law firm with a market-leading finance practice is looking for a talented associate to join its growing fund finance team in Charlotte. This group advises major banks, asset managers, and funds on complex, high-value deals and is known for its collaborative culture and hands-on client work.
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Responsibilities- Advise major banks, asset managers, and funds on complex, high-value fund finance deals.
- Contribute to a collaborative, hands-on client service culture as part of the fund finance team in Charlotte.
- 3–6 years of experience in areas such as syndicated or commercial lending, leveraged finance, fund formation, NAV or asset-based lending, or acquisition finance.
- Strong academic credentials and solid law firm experience.
