- Act as a key link between corporate finance and regional/local leadership teams to align financial strategies.
- Establish and implement standardized financial reporting and analysis practices to ensure accuracy and consistency across locations.
- Collaborate with the Regional EVP to oversee forecasting efforts, including long-term and short-term financial plans.
- Lead comprehensive financial analysis on trends, variances, and key business metrics to support performance management.
- Provide financial expertise for commercial activities, plant operations, and ongoing operational reviews.
- Drive initiatives to optimize working capital and streamline cash flow processes for improved efficiency.
- Review 12-week cash flow forecasts to ensure transparency and alignment with corporate financial goals.
- Develop and present internal financial reports to aid strategic decision-making and board-level discussions.
- Oversee quarterly financial reviews of profit and loss statements and balance sheets, supporting audit processes.
- Participate in mergers and acquisitions, contributing from due diligence through to post-deal integration.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in Public Accounting is preferred
- 3 to 8 years of experience in FP&A or plant controllership
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Strong analytical capabilities, ambitious, strong communicator
- Ability to travel 30%
