Responsibilities
  • Act as a key link between corporate finance and regional/local leadership teams to align financial strategies.
  • Establish and implement standardized financial reporting and analysis practices to ensure accuracy and consistency across locations.
  • Collaborate with the Regional EVP to oversee forecasting efforts, including long-term and short-term financial plans.
  • Lead comprehensive financial analysis on trends, variances, and key business metrics to support performance management.
  • Provide financial expertise for commercial activities, plant operations, and ongoing operational reviews.
  • Drive initiatives to optimize working capital and streamline cash flow processes for improved efficiency.
  • Review 12-week cash flow forecasts to ensure transparency and alignment with corporate financial goals.
  • Develop and present internal financial reports to aid strategic decision-making and board-level discussions.
  • Oversee quarterly financial reviews of profit and loss statements and balance sheets, supporting audit processes.
  • Participate in mergers and acquisitions, contributing from due diligence through to post-deal integration.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience in Public Accounting is preferred
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in FP&A or plant controllership
  • Knowledge of US GAAP
  • Strong analytical capabilities, ambitious, strong communicator
  • Ability to travel 30%
