Why This Role Is Important
  • Oversee full financial administration of our client—including corporate, development, construction, and property entities.
  • Manage accounting for development funding, loan closings, land acquisitions/dispositions, and construction draws while ensuring projects stay aligned with proforma budgets.
  • Provide financial oversight for active income properties, including rent processing, TICAM reconciliations, and tenant account accuracy.
  • Directly support CEO/President with strategic planning, investor reporting, corporate HR/payroll, and tax coordination.
  • Coordinate investor relations by preparing monthly/quarterly reports and serving as a financial liaison.
