Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment company. The Guest Services role supports guests at Skyla Amphitheatre with a focus on safety, accessibility, hospitality, and ensuring a positive concert-going experience.
What This Role Will Do- Greet guests, scan guest tickets upon entry, answer questions, assist guests with locating seats, and examine tickets for entry to various seat levels around the venue during events.
- Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean and presentable to guests.
- Resolve guest complaints or problems.
- Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity.
- Provide assistance to guests with special needs, such as seating accommodations.
- Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency.
- May assist in verifying staff credentials for generally restricted areas.
- Assist patrons by giving directions inside or outside the venue.
- Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show and may help at informational kiosks or displays around the venue.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years in customer service and communications
- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
- A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
- Availability to work during the day, late hours, and flexible scheduling on both weekdays and nights
- At least 2 years’ experience within the live music environment
- College diploma in related field
- Working environment is fast paced, often loud and stressful
- Position requires extended periods of standing and being on your feet
- Must be able to lift or move up to 45 lbs using proper lifting techniques
- Position works at an outdoor venue during inclement weather as needed
