As a Guest Experience Host, you’ll bring the magic to life across the aquarium — from greeting guests at Admissions to adding sparkle in Retail, Events, Birthdays, Food & Beverage, and more! Every shift is a chance to create unforgettable memories in a playful, safe, and exciting environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Spread joy, energy, and big Merlin smiles
- Make meaningful connections with guests of all ages
- Keep areas looking great and ready for adventure
- Help manage lines safely while keeping the fun alive
- Follow opening, closing, and safety procedures
- Deliver top-tier service with a splash of magic
About You
- 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
- Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
