Monday to Friday

Salary Range:

$42,800 - $46,780 per year

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team for upcoming events and functions. As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of events, ranging from corporate gatherings and weddings to large-scale public festivals. Your responsibilities will include assisting with event setup and breakdown, managing guest check-ins, providing information and support to attendees, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment.
  • Manage guest check-ins and registration, ensuring a welcoming experience for attendees.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding event schedules, locations, and services.
  • Monitor the event flow and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the event.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and procedures throughout the event.
Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older or possess appropriate work permits.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
