Overview
The Entry Level Event Coordinator assists in planning, organizing, and executing events while ensuring logistics, communication, and guest experience run smoothly.
Responsibilities- Support event planning, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
- Help manage guest lists, registration, and attendee communication.
- Prepare event materials such as signage, reports, and outlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
