Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Hybrid - BAS Service Engineer – Delta Controls

Summary:

A leading independent mission-critical controls provider is seeking a Hybrid BAS Service Engineer with strong Delta Controls experience to support customers across commercial facilities. This role focuses on remote troubleshooting, programming adjustments, and system optimization for building automation systems that manage HVAC and energy performance.

The ideal candidate is experienced with Delta Controls platforms including enteli

WEB and GCL / GCL+ programming and is comfortable diagnosing system issues, modifying control logic, and supporting field technicians and customers remotely.

Limited travel required to project sites. Preference for candidates who live in the following states:
Texas, Arizona, Illinois, North Carolina, Virginia, & Utah

• Provide remote troubleshooting and service support for Delta Controls building automation systems
• Modify and maintain GCL / GCL+ programming and control logic
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to HVAC controls, controllers, and BAS communication networks
• Configure and support enteli
  
  WEB servers, graphics, alarms, and trend logs
• Commission new systems and support system upgrades or firmware updates
• Assist field technicians with system startup, testing, and troubleshooting
• Monitor system performance and recommend optimization improvements
• Document service activities, system changes, and resolutions

• 4+ years of experience working with Delta Controls BAS systems
• Strong experience with GCL / GCL+ programming
• Experience working with enteli
  
  WEB and Delta system architecture
• Knowledge of HVAC mechanical systems and control sequences
• Familiarity with BAS communications (BACnet/IP, MS/TP, networking)
• Ability to troubleshoot complex controls issues remotely
• Strong communication skills when working with customers and field teams
