YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive end-to-end process transparency across Global Service
• Identify structural improvement potentials
• Design and shape future service processes in alignment with our stakeholders
• Enable Operational Excellence through implementation and governance
• Establish performance framewors and KPIs to measure the impact

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or similar
• 2 – 5 years experience in process management
• Experience with process mapping tools and a solid understanding of ERP systems as well as data flows across operational systems
• Excellent communication skills with a pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset
• Excellent knowledge of English and German or English and Italian
