3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited)
- 8+ years engineering experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure.
- Utility industry experience.
- Proficient in transmission line design principles and software (PLS-CADD, PLS-TOWER, PLS-POLE, MFAD).
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Travel: Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursed.
- Design and analyze transmission lines, including routing, cost estimates, and detailed design.
- Prepare job packages, reports, and drawings.
- Provide construction support and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage projects with minimal supervision.
