Process Engineer II

If you are hired to this position, you will be employed by Magnit Global. You will not be employed by City National Bank.

* The Opportunity
* Process engineer is responsible for modeling bank processes utilizing Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to provide a visual representation of the sequence of business activities and information flows.

* The Responsibilities
* * Facilitate process subject matter experts to provide content necessary to complete process maps making it easier for stakeholders to understand and optimize their workflows.

* The Qualifications
* * Experienced in Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)

* Ability to lead and facilitate teams or process owners and subject matter experts in documenting their process activities end to end.

* Experienced in design and delivery if process hierarchy for an organization and/or enterprise

* Highly organized and efficient in the delivery of process map artifacts.

* Experienced in project management and change management.

* Proficient in MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint, Lucid Chart.

* Minimum 5 years of process management experience.

* Desired certifications:
Six Sigma/Lean

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $53.57/hour - $71.43/hour
