Assignment in Charlotte, NC | Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review relay settings for transmission lines, transformers, buses, breaker failure, and capacitor banks
- Perform coordination studies using Aspen One Liner and CymTCC
- Build settings in SEL 5030 Quick Set and support legacy SEL 5010
- Support misoperation investigations and QA/QC of OLR models
- Contribute to NERC PRC compliance and audit readiness
- Collaborate with Transmission Planning, System Performance, Capital Projects, and other internal teams
- 15+ years in P&C settings (utility/transmission preferred)
- Proficient in SEL 5030 Quick Set and Aspen One Liner
- Solid knowledge of NERC PRC standards
- Experience with electromechanical, solid state, and microprocessor relays
