Role Description
INTEGRA is currently seeking an HVAC/Plumbing Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves designing, coordinating, and reviewing mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems for a variety of building projects.
The ideal candidate will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to contribute to the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions for our clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
- 3-5 years of experience in mechanical systems design for buildings
- Professional Engineer (PE) License strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (Revit preferred)
- Knowledge of building codes and industry standards
- Experience with load calculation software and energy modeling tools preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Experience with municipal, commercial, higher education, or healthcare facilities
- LEED certification or other high-performance building credentials preferred
