What You’ll Do
  • Lead land development and civil/site design for stadiums, athletic fields, and campus infrastructure
  • Oversee complex earthwork, stormwater management, and site engineering solutions
  • Coordinate with architects and multi-discipline teams to deliver innovative designs
  • Use Civil 3D to bring designs from concept to reality
  • Mentor junior engineers and help grow the Charlotte/Richmond civil/land development team
Who We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years of land development or civil/site design experience (athletic campus experience preferred)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Civil or Environmental Engineering degree
  • Passion for leading teams and solving complex engineering challenges
