Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Project Managers, Design Engineers, Clients, and other project consultants
- Create residential master plans for single family attached and detached developments
- Prepare permit applications
- Prepare construction documents for master-planned communities
- Prepare engineering calculations
- Coordinate with municipal review staff to gain permit approvals
- Participate in project design / client meetings and charette sessions
- Collaborate with landscape architecture staff on community amenity designs
- Oversee construction administration activities
- 3-5 years of experience in land development (single-family residential)
- Proficiency in Civil 3D
- Strong client service orientation
- Team player mentality
