We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with Residential Land Development experience in the Charlotte NC.
This is a contract to direct opportunity.
Required:
- Manage land development project preparing due diligence studies and site planning
- Experience Designing grading/drainage, water/wastewater systems, storm water detention facilities
- Proficient Autocad and Civil 3D
- Ability to manage multi projects
- BS Civil Engineer Degree
- Professional Engineer
- 7 plus years of experience in Land Development/Site Development
