YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define & modify BOMs, Routings, Machine & Capacity groups
- Create configuration logic and its registration in the ERP system
- Define & modify Work instructions, JSON and Lifecycle Interface including time studies and their recording in the ERP system
- Perform time studies, continuous improvement & MUDA walk
- Coordinate and implement ECR and process changes related to production master data and production documents
- Support in setting up workstations
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Production Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience in process planning, preferably in automotive or serial manufacturing
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in process planning
- Additional training in methods for time studies (MTM, REFA, etc.)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and implementation processes
- Excellent knowledge of English, Italian and/or German as an advantage
