Operations Test System Engineer

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management and control of test systems as "Product Owner" in the context of production and joint commissioning, validation, and integration, together with the development team.
• Planning and monitoring timelines for the creation of test systems.
• Introduction, monitoring, and optimization of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Sharing and coordinating with R&D, laboratory, and production.
• Optimization of test content, supporting the creation and maintenance of process and control plans.
• Defining measures for the further development of test systems based on statistical evaluations aimed at increasing test depth, improving stability, and optimizing test timing and content.

• Degree in electronic engineering, telecommunications, computer engineering, or automation engineering.
• Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written); knowledge of German and Italian is considered a plus.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in test engineering.
• Knowledge of electronic assembly processes and electronic EOL test systems (HW+SW).
• Familiarity with process engineering and test engineering topics.
• Knowledge in the field of validation and capability analyses, correlation analyses, as well as statistics and Six Sigma.
• Strong knowledge in data management, e.g., PLC.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a "matrix" model.
• Ability to work towards goals.
