* - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 3+ of experience in site development
- Proficiency in Site, Highway, Drainage, and Utility Design
- Knowledge of water/wastewater systems is a plus
- Familiarity with land use and municipal approvals
- Expertise in preparing Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3-D software
- EIT Preferred
