Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

We are a multidisciplinary architecture and design practice dedicated to creating Environments for Life. Our work spans major sectors including K-12 and Higher Education, Civic, Public Safety, Entertainment, Medical Office, Commercial Office, Faith-Based, Mixed-Use, and Adaptive Reuse projects. • Lead all phases of architectural project delivery—from concept design through construction administration
• Manage project teams, client relationships, and consultant coordination to ensure alignment and excellence throughout each stage
• Oversee design quality, documentation, and technical precision using Revit and Bluebeam
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards
• Mentor junior designers and foster collaboration across disciplines
• Contribute to a culture of creativity, communication, and accountability

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Active architectural license required
• 11–20 years of professional experience in architecture
• Proven ability to manage all aspects of significant projects through completion
• Experience with Local Government, K-12, Higher Education, or Faith-Based projects (other project experience will be considered for relevance and scale)
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit
