- Licensed in NC and SC or ability to obtain such with 60 days

- Physical ability to navigate project construction sites
- 10 years minimum design and construction administration experience with a minimum of 7 years clinical healthcare and central plant design experience
- Mechanical Engineering
- Steam systems generation and distribution design
- Chilled Water systems generation and distribution design
- HVAC systems design
- Equipment selection and oversight
- Medical Gas systems design oversight
- Plumbing systems oversight
- Performance-based fire protection oversight
- Mechanical, plumbing, and performance-based fire protection specification preparation
- Submittal and Request for Information reviews
- Construction site visits and commissioning
- Quality assurance reviews
- Participation in strategic planning and firm vision development
- Recruiting and Transition planning
