This position will plan, design, and manage multidisciplinary projects involving water/wastewater collection, distribution, and treatment for municipal and institutional clients across the region.

Key responsibilities include performing or managing the technical design and hydraulic modeling requirements for projects and leading a team of engineers, EITs, designers, and sub‑consultants to execute these projects.

The role also involves developing statements of qualifications and proposals, responding to client needs, and negotiating contracts.

• Develop detailed designs, plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates for treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations, tanks, and other water/wastewater storage and conveyance systems; independently manage a team of professionals if required.
• Provide responses to requests for qualifications and assist with teaming opportunities.
• Guide, direct, and coordinate with multiple departments and sub‑consultants required for multi‑discipline projects.
• Create, calibrate, modify, and perform hydraulic modeling for water and wastewater systems; interpret and communicate results to stakeholders.

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in municipal water/wastewater and/or public works engineering.
• Professional Engineer’s license is a plus.
• Experience managing production and treatment projects and/or performing water distribution and wastewater collection modeling.
• Advanced understanding of water treatment/distribution and wastewater collection/treatment principles and state regulations.
• Self‑motivated, capable of leading or assisting a project team to complete multiple projects simultaneously.
• Positive commitment to being an active participant of our company culture.
• Ability to guide, direct, and coordinate with professionals involved in water/wastewater projects and manage the performance of personnel in other departments.
