We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer / HVAC Designer with deep experience in commercial HVAC system design
. This is a hands‑on, production-focused role
, ideal for engineers
The role supports architectural clients and requires strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, construction documentation, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Design complex HVAC systems for commercial building projects
- Collaborate directly with clients and architects to define project requirements
- Conduct site visits and inspections during construction phases
- Produce high‑quality construction and permit documents
- Coordinate HVAC design with architectural and engineering disciplines
- Background with an MEP engineering consulting firm serving architectural clients
- Hydronic systems (chilled water, hot water, steam)
- Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory)
- Willingness to remain in a hands‑on design / production role
- Experience designing HVAC systems for Hospitals or Healthcare facilities
- Experience using TRACE 700 for:
Cooling load calculations, Energy modeling
