Electrical Engineer - Data Centers

Verrus is partnered with a Design/Architecture & Planning Group and is seeking a registered Electrical Engineer to lead projects in the Data Center / Mission-Critical Industry. The role is based in one of the following locations:
Atlanta, GA;
Detroit, MI;
Charlotte, NC; or Tampa, FL.

• Develop medium‑large scope projects with many complexities that impact major company programs.
• Coordinate projects and oversee a large staff of engineers, designers, and associates.
• Maintain licensed Professional Engineer (PE) credentials.
• Provide technical design support to the engineering team – prepare designs, construction documents and specifications as directed by the lead engineer.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Eight years of experience, including low and medium voltage design expertise.
• Experience leading and executing projects independently from handoff.
• Competency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Ideally have Mission‑Critical / Data Center experience.
