The Opportunity

As a Senior Analyst within the Infrastructure Advisory Analyst Team, you will play a key role in delivering technology projects for water, electric and gas utilities. There is an immediate need to support industry‑leading Operational Technologies (OT) transformation projects specifically around Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS). You will also have opportunities to work on other Infrastructure Advisory solution projects including Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), Grid Modernization, Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) implementation, and Digital Solutions in Canada and the United States.

Team

The Analyst Team is a diverse group of early‑career professionals engaged in a wide range of technical projects. You will work with experts from Consulting and Digital Delivery who provide strategy, data, technology and asset management solutions. Together, they deliver innovative, data‑driven solutions that help clients navigate complex infrastructure challenges. You will contribute to mission‑critical projects that make a meaningful impact on communities and industries worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support delivery of technology projects, including requirements gathering, data evaluation, process mapping, report development, training, change management, and testing.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to provide insights, identify trends, opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, processes, tools, models and other deliverables to communicate analysis and recommendations to clients.
  • Participate in client meetings and workshops, supporting the project team with presentations and facilitation.
  • Diagnose issues and develop solutions using appropriate technical methods; engage subject matter experts to fill knowledge gaps.
  • Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of an industry or technical specialization.
  • Adhere to budget, schedule and quality requirements; may support development of scope and fee proposals.
  • Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to ensure high‑quality deliverables and successful project outcomes.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Develop knowledge in specializations and specific industry areas; share current knowledge of latest technology and processes.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree + 2–4 years experience OR Master’s degree
  • 2–4+ years experience in a business/consulting environment
  • All applicants must be able to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements (e.g., criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search) in compliance with applicable laws.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in the electric utility sector and/or in a management consulting role with utilities.
