- Act as the primary quality contact for commercial clients—on-site when needed.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement CAPA strategies alongside engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Support product returns, warranty claims, and field issue investigations with detailed data analysis.
- Develop and refine quality standards for solar products, ensuring reliability and high performance.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal teams and customers.
- Stay current with industry regulations and lead customer audit preparations
. - Contribute to continuous improvement and help define quality benchmarks in a new business unit.
- Six Sigma Certification (Green, or Black Belt)
- 2+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, especially in technical environments
- Customer-focused mindset with a drive to deliver world-class quality support
