  • Act as the primary quality contact for commercial clients—on-site when needed.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement CAPA strategies alongside engineering and manufacturing teams.
  • Support product returns, warranty claims, and field issue investigations with detailed data analysis.
  • Develop and refine quality standards for solar products, ensuring reliability and high performance.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal teams and customers.
  • Stay current with industry regulations and lead customer audit preparations
    .
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and help define quality benchmarks in a new business unit.
  • Six Sigma Certification (Green, or Black Belt)
  • 2+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, especially in technical environments
  • Customer-focused mindset with a drive to deliver world-class quality support
