Key Responsibilities :

The Calibration Technician - Level I/Level II will primarily be responsible for the calibration of electronic and mechanical test equipment, at our customers’ facilities. This job requires travel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan the sequence of testing and calibration procedures;
  • Calibrate, adjust, and troubleshoot problems with customers’ equipment, including electrical, mechanical, pressure, torque, environmental, dimensional, and radio frequency instrumentation;
  • Create, update, and maintain data sheets for test equipment;
  • Maintain customer, vendor, and equipment databases;
  • Manage customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive the timely turnaround of equipment.
Education, Experience & Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in a related field required. Electronics technician experience strongly preferred. Electrical, electronic, or mechanical calibration experience as well as military PMEL, METCAL, or TMDE training preferred.
  • Technical knowledge of electronic principles. Experience using diagrams, schematics, engineering data, and test equipment is preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customers’ locations throughout the United States for up to one week at a time.
  • An entrepreneurial attitude and desire to grow within an organization.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a background security check.
