Headquater Technician; m​/f​/d

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform complex troubleshooting, upgrades and commissioning tasks across global locations
• Provide on-site support for special customer cases, pilot installations and escalated technical issues
• Support international service teams through targeted interventions and expertise sharing
• Deliver remote technical guidance to our Field Service Technicians via phone, video call and digital tools
• Contribute to internal training programs and help shape hands‑on learning experiences for new Technicians
• Collaborate on strategic projects, including prototype testing, product enhancements and process optimization

• Completed vocational training or technical college in electrical engineering, electronics or mechatronics
• Solid knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting; prior service experience is a plus
• Familiar with electrical service standards and safety regulations
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills as well as a structured and independent work style
• Valid driving license for class B vehicles
• Willingness to travel
• Excellent English language skills, other language skills are an advantage
