Senior Civil Engineer – Atlanta, GA

Base salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per year. Actual pay will be discussed with the manager during the interview.

• Project Leadership:
  Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction, budget control, and regulatory compliance.
• Team Coordination:
  Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, both local and remote, to meet project objectives.
• Innovative Design Solutions:
  Develop sustainable, cost‑effective engineering solutions for complex challenges.
• Mentorship and Development:
  Provide mentorship to junior engineers and foster a learning environment.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  Ensure projects meet industry standards, codes, and environmental regulations.
• Client Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Budgeting and Scheduling:
  Oversee project planning, cost estimation, and scheduling for timely delivery.
• Quality Control:
  Conduct quality control reviews on engineering designs and documentation.
• Industry Expertise:
  Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to incorporate innovative approaches.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration required; registration in Georgia preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering with diverse background in land development, site design, commercial, office, higher education, mixed‑use, residential, healthcare, and municipal projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and leading design team efforts.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other industry‑standard tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Metro Atlanta experience and relationships a plus.
