Salary: $28.00-$35.00/hr.

Description of Role:SRI Telecom is seeking an OSP Construction Permit Coordinator to manage pole attachment permitting and support pre-construction activities. This role partners with pole owners, external vendors, and internal teams (Engineering, Finance, Legal, Project Management) to ensure permits are submitted, tracked, and approved on schedule. Experience in OSP permitting and the ability to read fiber designs are highly preferred.
Tasks:- Manage pole attachment permitting with utilities, pole owners, and stakeholders
- Prepare, submit, and track permit packages and documentation
- Liaise with Comcast, permitting authorities, and external partners
- Facilitate site walks, reviews, and design validation prior to submittal
- Maintain permit data and generate status reports
- Support scheduling and pre-construction planning as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- OSP permitting experience required; pole attachment permitting preferred
- Ability to read and interpret fiber network designs
- Background in OSP design or project coordination a plus
- Knowledge of railroad/highway crossing permitting helpful
- Strong communication, organization, and reporting skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and permitting tools (Polaris preferred) - Financial or permitting fee experience a plus
