Role Description
Thermal Resource Solutions seeks to hire an Inside Sales/Project Engineer. This full‑time onsite role located in Charlotte, NC will coordinate and manage projects, communicate with customers and vendors, perform project engineering and planning, and provide sales support.

Qualifications
- Project Management and Planning skills
- Electrical Engineering
- Experience in HVAC and plumbing systems is a plus
- Minimum 2‑Year Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
