• Review requests for engineering services to determine adequacy of information.
• Review tower structures and foundations for existing, proposed, and reserved tenant configurations.
• Review mount analysis, rigging plans, construction drawings, and pre/post inspection reports.
• Conduct periodic site visits to ensure proper implementation of engineering designs.
• Work with existing processes to correctly open analysis projects.
• Perform analyses on projects of low complexity using hand calculations, structural analysis software, and other accepted methods.
• Assist in design of modifications for telecommunication infrastructure reinforcing, extensions, and foundations.
• Work with Designer staff on the development of modification drawings.
• Ensure accurate project status reporting to facilitate accurate customer and sales reporting.
• Adhere to applicable safety and OSHA procedures.
• Generate required engineering reports.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of engineering experience, including 2 years in telecom.
• Prior experience with 2D and 3D structures preferred.
• Working knowledge of structural analysis software and tower structures and design methods.
• Working knowledge of proper steel detailing.
• Working knowledge of structural components and design methods.
• Customer Service – responsive to customer needs.
• Ability to work with functional groups and employees at all levels.
• Ability to develop accurate structural modification drawings.
• Proficiency in computer software including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Dependability – follows instructions and meets commitments.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
