Position Information

Special Education & Child Development - Employment Type: Temporary – Part‑time
- Hours per week: Varies
Education and Experience:
- Faculty teaching undergraduate courses: doctorate or master’s degree in the discipline, or master’s + 18 graduate semester hours.
- Faculty teaching graduate courses: earned doctorate/terminal degree in discipline or related field.
- Additional qualifications:
competence, effectiveness, capacity, including related work experience, licensure, certifications, honors, continuous excellence, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update course syllabus.
- Prepare lectures, projects, or other student assignments.
- Meet all designated class periods.
- Maintain scheduled office hours.
- Grade student assignments and exams in a timely manner.
- Submit completed mid‑semester progress reports and final grades per university regulations.
