Have you ever wanted to demonstrate impact by modeling excellence rather than merely describing it?

2 Hour Learning accelerates student learning outcomes by a factor of two using an entirely different approach. You will dedicate six months to implementing this model at a partner institution in Spotswood, NJ: coaching students while concurrently equipping teaching personnel to execute the program with precision. No isolated lesson planning. No abstract theoretical workshops. You will exemplify best practices in real time, with live student groups, as staff members observe and absorb.

This opportunity suits professionals within commuting range or individuals seeking a meaningful fixed‑term engagement with concrete deliverables and a specified conclusion. If you excel at catalyzing growth in both young learners and educators, this six‑month placement enables you to create tangible outcomes across both populations.

Demonstrate mastery. Develop the team. Submit your application today.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Observing teaching staff and aides at the partner school, demonstrating 2 Hour Learning protocols, and providing coaching through structured one‑on‑one or small‑group sessions
  • Guiding students in individual or small‑group formats: tracking advancement in digital learning platforms, cultivating goal‑setting capabilities, and modeling effective strategies for staff observation
  • Facilitating life skills workshops that captivate students while illustrating exemplary delivery for staff development
  • Analyzing student performance data to refine mentorship tactics and confirm attainment of academic benchmarks
  • Conducting debrief sessions with staff following observations and workshops to solidify best practices and address inquiries
Basic Requirements
  • Authorized to work legally in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
  • Available to work on‑site at the Spotswood, NJ campus through June 2026 (temporary relocation permitted)
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred)
  • At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or comparable roles serving youth or adult populations
  • Minimum 1 year of experience training or coaching adults (educators, staff members, coaches) with proven modeling and feedback capabilities
  • Hands‑on experience working with children between the ages of 5 and 14 in educational or youth development contexts
