Location:

Austin, TX (we provide relocation assistance). Compensation: $150,000 annually, disbursed weekly; health, dental, and vision coverage from day one.

• Create and execute advanced learning experiences – develop workshops across disciplines (mathematics, sciences, philosophy, creative writing) and offer individualized mentorship to 15-20 gifted learners operating at 5-10x standard pace
• Identify and resolve learning barriers – modify strategies dynamically to assist students who have surpassed conventional education in discovering their cognitive strengths
• Utilize AI tools for tailored instruction
• Partner and refine – improve workshop frameworks alongside colleagues and measure effectiveness using both qualitative insights and quantitative data

• Premier education – Bachelor's degree from an Ivy League institution or comparable university
• Academic distinction – National Merit Finalist, Olympiad medalist, early college graduation, or equivalent accomplishment
• Exceptional academic credential – Distinguished scholarship (Rhodes, Fulbright, NSF GRFP), Mensa/Triple Nine Society membership, PhD, or university-level teaching experience
• 3 years of mentorship background – Experience coaching, mentoring, or instructing students in any setting
• Regular AI engagement – Self-reported daily usage of generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Location – Prepared to relocate to or work on-site in Austin, TX
• Work authorization – Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
