Overview

On-site position in Austin, TX;

• Building trust and inspiring a limitless mindset by connecting with K-2 students as a mentor
• Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational pathways
• Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (goal-setting, public speaking, collaboration) that equip students for long-term success
• Cultivating a culture centered on curiosity, ambition, and continuous growth
• Guiding students to recognize their unique strengths and interests

• Available to work on-site at one of our campus locations:
  Austin, TX;
  Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, after school programs, coaching, or comparable roles
• Proven public speaking ability, with demonstrated skill in engaging and energizing young audiences
• Genuine desire to connect with, inspire, and motivate K-2 students
• Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
• Capacity to participate in a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
