Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, or equivalent.

• Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
• Creating personalized, engaging sessions that resonate with children and foster a lasting enthusiasm for reading
• Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve your methods and extract meaningful insights
• Partnering with the technology team to assess and refine AI-based literacy platforms

• Following pre-packaged curricula or established scope-and-sequence frameworks

Cultivate a passion for reading in young students

• Bachelor’s degree
• Master’s degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting small-group reading interventions with early elementary learners
• Capable of evaluating reading levels, forming student groups, and crafting differentiated instruction independently of pre-written materials
• Experience with AI/adaptive learning platforms and ability to adjust instruction based on student interaction data
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. For details, see
