Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, or equivalent.
What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
- Creating personalized, engaging sessions that resonate with children and foster a lasting enthusiasm for reading
- Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve your methods and extract meaningful insights
- Partnering with the technology team to assess and refine AI-based literacy platforms
- Following pre-packaged curricula or established scope-and-sequence frameworks
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate a passion for reading in young students
Basic Requirements- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience conducting small-group reading interventions with early elementary learners
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, forming student groups, and crafting differentiated instruction independently of pre-written materials
- Experience with AI/adaptive learning platforms and ability to adjust instruction based on student interaction data
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
