Title: Overnight Training Coordinator
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (overnight). Requires flexibility to work occasional daytime hours and weekends as needed.
Pay: $21–$25 per hour, includes shift differential. Pay varies based on education, experience, skills, location, and market data. Eligible for company incentive or bonus program.

We're seeking a self‑motivated Training Coordinator to facilitate employee training programs during overnight operations at Charlotte Douglas International Airport. This role requires independent work with minimal supervision and initiative in managing training activities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct employee training programs and facilitate learning sessions.
- Coordinate training schedules with operations leadership and trainees.
- Set up classrooms with audio‑visual equipment and training materials.
- Ensure training environments are conducive to learning.
- Enter all training records into ABM University Learning Management System (LMS).
- Maintain training rosters, attendance records, and personnel training files.
- Ensure compliance with all training requirements.
- Maintain training reference library and materials inventory.
- Prepare training materials, handouts, and promotional flyers.
- Organize and set up/break down training equipment and classrooms.
- Track training program utilization and effectiveness.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Self‑motivated with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to adjust schedule for daytime or weekend training when needed.
- Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred).
- Airport operations experience.
- Background in adult education or training coordination.
- Airport terminal environment with moderate noise levels.
- Indoor and outdoor exposure to all weather conditions.
- Requires standing and walking for extended periods.
While the primary schedule is overnight, this position requires flexibility to work occasional daytime hours and weekends as needed.
