Lecturer (Non-Tenure Track) Faculty Position in Management
The Belk College of Business at the UNC Charlotte invites applications for a full-time
Lecturer (non-tenure track) Faculty position in the Department of Management. This is a
nine-month faculty appointment starting Fall 2026. Initial appointment is for two years
with an opportunity for renewal.
The successful candidate will have earned a Master’s Degree or doctorate (Ph.D. or D.B.A.) in management or a related field. Previous teaching experience in a business school is preferred. Ideal candidates will have a successful record of prior professional business experience and leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities / Job Overview- This position is focused on teaching. The expected teaching load is four courses per semester. Primary teaching responsibilities include teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The ability to teach courses in areas of Management, such as International Business, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Ethics and/or Strategic Management, is considered relevant and desirable.
