A leading technical services company in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Technical Training professional to lead and support training programs for various energy generation technologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership to implement qualifications and technical training, addressing knowledge gaps. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or a High School/GED with 9+ years of related experience.

Candidates with ADDIE instructional design experience and knowledge of gas turbine operations are preferred. Significant travel is expected.
