• Facilitating hour‑long life skills sessions with K‑2 learners, coaching them while reinforcing literacy concepts introduced by Reading Specialists
• Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning platforms and meet their weekly academic targets
• Guiding emotional self‑regulation, persistence, and critical thinking with steady structure and genuine care
• Monitoring student development and requirements, identifying concerns proactively, and modifying approaches with your team’s input
• Building a classroom environment that balances structure, engagement, and individual connection

• Availability to work full-time and on‑site at our Miami, FL or San Francisco, CA campus
• Bachelor’s degree from any discipline
• Minimum 3 years working with children aged 4–8 in educational settings, after school programs, coaching roles, or comparable contexts
• Strong storytelling ability and dynamic presentation skills: capable of captivating and maintaining young children’s focus in group settings
• Capacity to maintain elevated expectations for both yourself and students, and motivate children toward goal achievement
• Growth‑oriented mindset and receptiveness to coaching
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
